An opportunity to switch off and lay down snuggled in your own blanket ,and be guided by a short breath work meditation to allow your central nervous system and brainwaves to drop down a notch and be calmed.... i will gently play a myriad of percussion instruments ,Tibetan bowls and Crystal bowls. The vibrations and frequencies help the body's own healing responses, shift stagnation, help with pain, and Stress, and conditions that stress can bring.
