Sammy is a great masseuse - and uses a variety of methods eg. hot stones. She has really helped the pain in my back which has been a real problem for a while - and advising me on how to help myself. I really appreciate her expertise.

Always a relaxing and restorative experience with Sammy

I had my first session with Sammy yesterday and all I can say is WOW! The combined treatment - massage (and reflexology which I’ve never had before) turned out to be the best treatment I have ever had. I was looking for a holistic approach to help with tightness in my back and neck and discovered so much more through Sammy’s expert knowledge and senses. Sammy created a space where I felt I could feel safe to really let go of the tension enough to allow progress. During the massage I started to feel emotional - (nothing I’ve ever experienced before in a treatment but Sammy made it feel ok and safe). During the reflexology I felt a warm glowing tingling (almost like flames alighting) at the base of my skull which Sammy straight away explained what was happening and to stay with the sensations rather than fight them. Then tingling and pins and needles in my fingers and thumbs which again Sammy explained. Turns out there was lots of ‘unblocking’ to do - not just physically but emotionally - which all makes more sense to me now. I have a lot to learn but feel like I am in the right hands now! Feeling peaceful and hopeful. Thank you Sammy. I obviously can’t recommend Sammy enough!
