Ladies Holistic or Deep Tissue Massage

Pressure is applied to Zone points on each foot ,where by points  these work on certain organs and bodily systems that correspond to zones of the body.
This  relaxing treatment  can be taken in a reclining chair or massage couch, and helps release blockages in the body and rebalances the central nervous system, helping the process to help the body heal itself.
ideal treatment for any Stress related issues, digestive issues, sleep issues, IBS, supportive for recovery in the cancer journey, safe during pregnancy .

1:1 Sound Therapy
using Himalayan or Crystal Healing Bowls.
This is a non invasive extremely  relaxing therapy where you lay down on the massage couch after a medical case history is taken and an understanding of what you'd like to get out of the treatment ,so an intention can be made.
I will help you begin your relaxation journey with some guided breath work enabling you to softly drop down into a restful theta brainwave state, its here the body can begin its healing.
This is not suitable if:
-You are at early stages of Pregnancy.
Have a pacemaker or any other electrical internal devices.
- turn off hearing Aids.
-May or may not affect Tinnutus.
- Deep set trauma or deep emotional discord.

Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage 1st Session

An opportunity to switch off and lay down snuggled in your own blanket ,and be guided by a short breath work meditation to allow your central nervous system and brainwaves to drop down a notch and be calmed.... i will gently play a myriad of percussion instruments ,Tibetan bowls and Crystal bowls. The vibrations and frequencies help the body's own healing responses, shift stagnation, help with pain, and Stress, and conditions that stress can bring.

Not suitable for:
*those with hearing Aids
*First trimester pregnancy
*Epilepsy & seizures
*Trauma related mental health conditions (can trigger trauma )
*Pacemakers or certain heart condtions (contact me to discuss).
